Service Terms
The Noise Floor is a private engineering consultation platform operated by Analog Signalworks. By using this service you agree to the following:
- Your questions and submitted materials are treated as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without consent.
- Each thread credit ($30) grants one engineering question. Credits are non-refundable once a thread has received an engineer response.
- Consultation credits are non-transferable and expire after 12 months from purchase.
- Response times are typically 24–48 hours on business days. We do not guarantee specific turnaround times.
- You retain full ownership of your intellectual property. Analog Signalworks retains no rights to your designs or data.
- You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose or to submit content that infringes third-party rights.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- This service is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to provide the service (email, name, submitted content). We do not sell your data. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
