We're not hiring right now...But we're glad you asked!

Our team is small by design, and we think that's a feature. If you're a genuinely excellent engineer, we'd still like to know you exist. Just in case.

What We Look For

We work on high-speed analog and digital electronics: RF front ends, data converters, clocking, full system integration, firmware, software control. The whole stack.

On the PCB side, our designs range from simple 2-layer test boards on commodity FR4 all the way up to 32-layer ultra-high-density layouts with BGAs at 0.4mm pitch. We're well-versed in VITA 57.1/4 (FMC) and VITA 46 (3U/6U VPX) for defense and embedded computing work, high-count DDR memory interfaces, and serial rates up to 32.5 Gbps.

For the high-frequency work, we step up to ultra-low-loss laminates like Tachyon 100G and TerraGreen 400G when the design demands it.

We're a small team and we intend to stay that way. When we do hire, it won't be a checkbox exercise. We're looking for engineers who care about getting it right the first time, not engineers who plan on fixing it later. We'd rather make real progress than spinning our wheels around a traffic cone.

Here's what tends to get our attention:

  • Deep experience in analog, RF, or high-speed digital design (ideally all three, but we're not that greedy)
  • A strong bias toward "let me verify that" over "I think it's fine," where it matters
  • The ability to explain complex systems clearly to someone who isn't an expert (or thinks they are one)
  • US citizenship (required due to ITAR-adjacent work; not negotiable)
